The 1971 ground breaking album from Skara Brae was commemorated by Gael-Linn in 2022 with a 50th anniversary vinyl reissue. The release includes a commemorative booklet with archival photos and notes by Jim McCluskey and Gabriel Rosenstock.
Skara Brae received the Grúpa Ceoil award at the 2022 TG4 Gradam Ceoil, performed at the 2022 Scoil Gheimhridh Ghaoth Dobhair, and were celebrated by Áislann Rann na Feirste at the Éigse Rann na Feirste 2024, including a special memorial tribute to Micheál Ó Domhnaill.
