I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with many wonderful musicians over the years, and currently play with Skara Brae (with Maighread and Tríona Ní Dhomhnaill), Trian (with Liz Carroll and Billy McComiskey), Liz Carroll, James Kelly, Laura MacKenzie, Ross Sutter, Hannah Flowers, Victoria Adiiye, Macdara O'Faoighlin, and Danny Diamond. I also perform in solo concerts, teach in-person and online courses in guitar, song and Irish language at The Center for Irish Music in St. Paul, and do occasional lectures on Irish music or mythology.

I’ve been a member of Altan, Bowhand (with James Kelly and Paddy O’Brien), Fingal (with Randal Bays and James Keane), The Hot Chocolate Machine, Kelp, the Northern Star Céilí Band, Miltown na nGael and Peat Moss and the Turf Briquettes, and worked with Tommy Peoples, Mícheál Ó Domhnaill, Kevin Burke, Seamus and Manus McGuire, Martin and Christine Dowling, Dolly Parton, Peter Ostroushko, Jamie Gans, Dave Ray, Patrick Street, the Chieftains, Dean Magraw, Peter Ostroushko, Norah Rendell, Martin McHugh, Tara Bingham and Dermy Diamond, Mark and Julee Weems, Liz and Yvonne Kane, and others.
